Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground meat such as pork, turkey, or chicken
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • 10½ oz cheese soup
  • 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
  • 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
  • 10½ oz Rotel or tomatoes with green chiles drained

Instructions
 

  • Brown and drain the ground meat, adding extra seasonings like garlic, onion, or salt to taste.
  • In the Crock Pot, combine the browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
  • Stir well.
  • Top the mixture with the remaining shredded cheese.
  • Cover the Crock Pot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
  • Serve and enjoy!
