- ½ cup shredded Emmental cheese
- 6 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
- 8 slices French bread
- ¾ cup shredded Gruyere cheese
- 3 tbsp butter
- 64 oz vegetable broth

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
