Ingredients

  • ½ cup rum
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 8 cubes ice nutritional value for one serving

Instructions

  • Start by adding 1 cup of coconut milk, 1 cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 cup of white rum, and 1–2 tablespoons of sugar to your blender.
  • Toss in about 2 cups of ice.
  • Secure the lid and blend the mixture on high speed until completely smooth and frothy.
  • Use a spatula to scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again briefly.

  • Adjust the sugar to taste or skip it entirely if your pineapple juice is already sweet.
