  • 2 Chicken Breasts, butterflied
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Seasoned Croutons, crushed
  • 8 oz Mozzarella, Sliced
  • Jarred Marinara of Choice
  • Pesto
  • Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
