Ingredients

- 10½ oz cheese soup
- 30 oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
- 10½ oz Rotel or tomatoes with green chiles drained
Instructions
- Brown and drain the ground beef, adding extra seasonings like garlic, onion, or salt to taste.
- In the Crock Pot, combine the browned meat, hash browns, tomatoes with green chiles, cheese soup, taco seasoning, and half of the shredded cheese.
- Stir well.
- Top the mixture with the remaining shredded cheese.
- Cover the Crock Pot and cook on high for 3 hours or low for 4-5 hours.
